I’ve spent my career inside fast-moving, high-pressure environments in technology, cybersecurity, and venture-backed startups where precision is valued and momentum is everything. And for a long time, I believed that pushing harder, refining longer, and holding myself to impossible standards was the cost of excellence. Instead it was the bottleneck.
from perfection to progress
I learned firsthand that perfectionism doesn’t create better outcomes, but slows them down. Good Enough became my way out of burnout and my way back to execution. Today, I teach leaders how to define done, time-box decisions, and build momentum without sacrificing quality or themselves. My work blends operator discipline with human practicality, helping teams move faster without losing clarity.
I bring both strategy and empathy to the room. I know what it’s like to lead under scrutiny, make decisions with incomplete information, and carry the weight of outcomes. Good Enough isn’t a mindset shift, it’s a system for finishing.
